Self Affirmations work!

I love Self Affirmations... I really do!

A few months ago, I took an expensive class with Bob Proctor... and began to realize more than ever before, why affirmations work so nicely.

Years ago, you heard and retained ideas, in your subconscious, that may or may not be true today. Your subconscious mind tries to protect you from harm, so it acts as if your belief is cannot choose fact from fiction, only you can.

For Example, You Struggle...

  • You are employed at a great job and should be very confident, but you aren't... why?
  • You are overweight, You know darn well you shouldn't eat that chocolate cupcake, but you do.  Why?
  • Maybe you've lost weight and you KNOW you are no longer overweight, but your subconscious remembers when you were and kids fussed at you. Why can't you get past that?
  • You hate talking to people on the phone, but this is part of life and you need to use the telephone at work... well what's your problem here?

Affirmations For You

Choose any area you want to work on, print the affirmation or carry it on your phone. Every time you think of it, repeat it... verbatim if you are reading it, or as well as you can remember it. It doesn't have to be perfect, you are simply reinforcing the new belief in your subconscious mind... over and over again!
